Quick post today. I have been outside in the garden most of the day and spent a lot of time tidying up my house. Which was well overdue I must say. DH put up some sunblinds in our pergola area so that the late afternoon sun doesn’t come beating in and it will make it more pleasant to sit outside and eat when we have a BBQ.

Can you believe it? Nuts4Digi is 2 today!! It’s also DS #1 birthday but he is considerably older than 2. Because Nuts4Digi’s birthday is so close to Christmas and the New Year we are holding the birthday celebrations next weekend. So keep an eye out.

This is a photo of one of our little long haired chihuahuas, Zac. It took me a while to get him sitting quietly and looking ahead so that I could get a good shot.

This is the beginnings of sean’s vegies garden. He has beans, spring onions, corn, a tomato plant and some watermelon growing in it. I am hoping to take a photo of it every once in a while so I can see the progress.

Happy New Year everyone! I hope everyone had a fabulous time over Christmas and the New Year. Things were very quiet in our house but still an enjoyable time was had.

I am also having a personal Creative Team Call. Here are some details.

I am looking for 6 Layout Artists to join my personal Creative Team. This will be a no stress team as I only have the time to bring out 1 or 2 kits a month. You will be concentrating on my most recently released kits and will be required to post 2 layouts from each new kit in 4 galleries. One being Nuts4Digi Gallery and one being DST and two of your own choice. If you have time to work on more of my kits that would be a bonus.

With this New Year commencing I am going to try and get a bit more organised and make use of my camera a bit more. What better than participating in a 365 project. The aim is to take at least one photo a day for the next 365 days and record them. Here is my first photo taken yesterday.

This is a photo of not only my favourite site, which is of course Nuts4Digi, but a photo of my Christmas present. I got a laptop stand with a cooling mat to keep my laptop cool of course. The poor wee thing gets a constant workout so it’s got to stay cool

Pop into the Nuts4Digi forum to play along with us. We even have a gallery to upload our photos to. Mostly everyone is waiting until they have a weeks worth of photos and then uploading as a layout.

And last but not least January brings new challenges at Nuts4Digi. This month the designers are having a month off from contributing to our challenge prizes. But don’t despair, we still have a participation prize. All you need to do this month is 3 challenges to qualify for this….

Well that’s about it from me. Hopefully not for too long.

I have finally gotten around to doing up some January Desktops using my new Countdown 2009 kit. I have made them in 4 sizes and split them up separately so that you don’t have to download the whole lot. Just choose which size is applicable and download. Here is a full preview of the different sizes.
