In August Briony, Shaun, Ethan and Micah came over from New Zealand for Micah’s first birthday. We hosted the party at Sacha & Shane’s new house and invited the Aussie side of the family.  Sacha and Briony baked up some cupcakes and made a very impressive tower.

And then it was time for them to go home again.

This is my first catch up post. Catching up on the past 8 months of my life.

This is one of 3 photos that I took from my room when I was in the Alfred after my SAH. This is looking over St Kilda Rd. At night time it was so pretty with all the lights from the buildings and the traffic passing by.

It has been ages since I have posted on my blog but if you read my post here you will understand why. I have had a hard boat to row over the past 8 months but I really think that I am starting to recover.

Over the next few days, or perhaps weeks, I will endeavour to make pictorial updates of the happenings over the past 8 months. We have had a 1st birthday, a wedding in Rarotonga, and a 30th birthday in the family. So I will pick out some of then highlights to show you all.

I haven’t been able to get my mojo back for designing yet but I am hoping that won’t be far away.
